The XMAX Qomo is a mini e-rig for waxes that features 3 temperature settings, a 10 second pre-heat function and only stands 5 inches tall. It features a ceramic, bucket-style heating chamber and a mini-bubbler to cool the vapor during a draw. While this device is labeled as an E-Rig it's more like a wax pen, just based on the atomizer alone. Both the atomizer and bubbler are just too small to be really able to output like an e-rig.
