ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE?

Please note that courier may impose an additional surcharge for remote area delivery (starting from A$30), which will be charged later upon order fulfillment. Package will be hold until additional payment is received at Vape Perth. If no payment is received, your order will be carried out by Standard Shipping via Aramex courier or will be cancelled without any refund. 

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE GETS DELIVERED?

Australia:
Once your order is fulfilled, your package will be screen by Australian Border Force and Custom Department in obtaining clearance. The total estimated delivery time will be 3 - 7 business days depending on shipment volume. Rest assured that you will receive a live notification at each stage of delivery process starting from pick-up, clearance event, customs clearance, exceptions, out for delivery and when it gets delivered safe and sound.

Japan:
Once your order is fulfilled, your package will be screen by Japan Customs in obtaining clearance. The total estimated delivery time will be 2 - 3 business days depending on shipment volume. Rest assured that you will receive a live notification at each stage of delivery process starting from pick-up, clearance event, customs clearance, exceptions, out for delivery and when it gets delivered safe and sound.

Please be advised that estimated delivery time is based on average successfully delivery in the past. However, some orders may get delivered earlier or experiencing slight delay due to current conditions.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE SHIPPING RATE?
We are happy to inform that DHL also offers a door-to-door service as what you have been enjoying with Aramex International courier, a 24/7 detailed live tracking to your registered mobile number and email as well as re-delivery or collection point service should you are not home when delivery is made.
