5. Shipping Info


Upon purchase, you have acknowledged and agreed to these clauses at Vape Perth :-

5.1 At Vape Perth we do all our postage through International Air Mail with parcel tracking enabled and requires signature upon delivery as to comply with insurance claims requirement. With Aramex as our logistic partner, your order should be well taken care of using Standard Airmail shipment (4-10 delivery days at a very special low rate!). 

5.2 We ship to Australia and world wide with free shipping to anywhere in Malaysia.

5.3 All orders placed before 6am GMT +8 (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Although we manage to get most orders out the same day, there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods. 

5.4 FedEx shipping option is now available. For an extra fee, you may get your order to arrive in just 2 business days! *For Australian metropolitan areas ONLY, rural locations will take approximately 4 business days. 

5.5 TNT Express Economy is available. Now you may also opt for TNT Express courier service (a sister company of FedEx) and receive your order earlier at an economy rate.  

5.6 Rates shown at checkout are calculated on per weight basis, inclusive of 24/7 live tracking updates and insurance coverage for your parcel.

5.7 Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery, but we are not obligated to replace an order should the Shipping company lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.

5.8 Vape Perth are not responsible mishap or breakage caused to items by Shipping company. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit.

5.9 Shipping company may calculates postage on a per weight basis. Every order has the cost of shipping displayed at checkout before payment. Be aware that the shipping weights may vary from the actual weight of the products as the total weight factors in packaging.

5.10 Shipment may sometime experience delays due to high load of parcels and/or obtaining custom clearance which may affect the estimated time of delivery.

5.11 We take pride and care whilst packing your items to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our establishment.


5.13 Unfortunately, due to strict insurance shipping policy requirements, deliveries are not available to PO Boxes. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address before check out!

5.14 Please be aware that all orders will be fulfilled by our overseas warehouse located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to customers worldwide. Do adhere to your local government law on vaping products. Vape Perth are not responsible for any orders that were confiscated by customs officer. All supporting documents requested by local authority will be provided with utmost transparency.

5.15 The sale of any goods and services are subject to availability. While we always endeavor to keep photography and descriptions of product items as accurate as possible, Vape Perth reserves the right to substitute any items included in product for items of equal or greater value and of the same type, if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.
