Shipping Policy



SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION                                       

Upon purchase, you have acknowledged and agreed to these clauses at Vape Perth :-

  1. Orders accepted (with full payment received) and completed (“Completed Order”) before 12 noon of each day will be processed, carefully packed and delivered/shipped out by next working day except if 'completed order' is on a Thursday before 12 noon, the delivery will be processed on the first working day of the following week. Although we manage to get most orders out the same day, there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods.

  2. An automated email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order has been collected by our courier partner. You can use this tracking number to check the whereabouts of your parcel or by clicking the link provided in the email. Alternatively, you may login to your registered account at www.vapeperth.com to retrieve all information on your order and past orders.

  3. At Vape Perth we do all our postages through International Air Mail with parcel tracking enabled and require signature upon delivery to comply with requirements made by Courier Insurance Company.

  4. The sale of any goods and services are inclusive of local government tax excluding any import duties or additional charges by respective country's law enforced by the government at receiving end. Postage is calculated and charged separately by courier companies and inclusive of doorstep delivery service with a basic courier insurance coverage.

  5. Rates shown at checkout are calculated on a per weight basis, with a minimum of 500 grams or 0.5kg package up to 5kg package. VPOS recommends that you make use of the maximum weight possible with the best affordable rate calculated at checkout. Rates shown are also inclusive of 24/7 live tracking updates and basic insurance coverage for your package.

  6. Delivery of goods shall be made to the address specified by you in your order at checkout. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS GIVEN.

  7. Due to strict insurance shipping policy requirements, deliveries are not available to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address before check out.

  8. If you fail to take delivery of the Goods, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to VPOS, VPOS may terminate the contract and sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and may claim for damages or losses incurred for the returned shipment. Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to assist on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery with the courier team, but we are not obligated to replace an order should the Courier company lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.

  9. Vape Perth are not responsible for mishaps or breakage caused to items by Shipping company. We pack our orders as best we can to minimize any damage caused by rough handling during transit. We take pride and care whilst packing your items to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our establishment.

  10. The shipping duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons due to the high load of total shipments and/or if your package gets held back for customs clearance.

  11. Please be aware that all orders will be fulfilled by our overseas warehouse located in Malaysia to customers worldwide. Do adhere to your local government law on vaping products in the receiving country. Vape Perth are not responsible for any orders that were confiscated by the customs department. All supporting documents requested by local authority will be provided with utmost transparency.

  12. All international orders are subjected to their respective country’s custom and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your order and shipping cost calculated at checkout.  All customs and import duty fees must be paid by you or the parcel recipient in order for the courier team to proceed with delivery.

  13. While our warehouse personnel will try to fulfill order accordingly, we sometimes may have changes in stock level movement which will result to product being made unavailable. If we are unable to source for the same product ordered, we will swap with similar available products of the same value or similar variant.

  14. For PRE-ORDER purchases, goods will be shipped from the mentioned date in the description section of the product page, in a chronological order.

  15. At checkout, a new DHL Shipping is added as a new option (only for Australia and Japan) customers. Standard Shipping will still be available via Aramex International. Click here to read more on DHL Shipping.

• If you have entered a P.O. Box address for your shipping address, please be informed that your order might be delayed until we receive an alternative address.
• Our courier service and VPOS do not work on weekends, therefore all orders received from Friday to Sunday will be processed the next working day.
